The children were nestled.....

Christmas eve is a night of traditions. We take the kids out to eat at a buffet (there are plenty to choose from here in Vegas) which we like because everyone can get something they like and there are plenty of yummy deserts to choose from. Then we drive around and look at Christmas lights. This year Cord especially liked the lights. He has been noticing them everywhere, even if they weren't christmas lights. Then we come home for our Christmas Eve presents (pj's - big surprise!) We have hot chocolate and watch a movie. This year it was Charlie Brown's Christmas and then Joy to the World. Then we prepare a snack for Santa, track Santa on Norad, and rush the excited children to bed.

It looks like the children were extra good this year. It should be a fun morning. But I don't see anything under there for Mike. But don't feel sorry for him. He can console himself watching something on his new Hi-def TV with surround sound. Poor Daddy!
