BLUE

Chelsea has wanted blue hghlightgs for awhile now. I tried to do it once but it didn't turn out and lasted only a few days. We took advantage of our time in Bear Lake with Letisha (who loves to do hair). She gave Chelsea the highlights she has been dreaming of. Chelsea loves the looks she gets from her friends with her new do.
