Valley Forge 7/12

Valley Forge was a very pretty drive. We saw George Washington's winter quarters, a beautiful church built in his honor, several statues and momuments, and then stopped at the Visitors Center to watch a short movie about him. Cord was not going to sit still for the movie so I can't tell you what it was about. But the kids said they enjoyed it and learned something new.

This church was beautiful. The stained glass windows have images of George Washington kneeling. It was really nice to walk through.
